Who is Bob?

Early Days

Bob began his career in broadcasting, drawn by childhood passions for radio and connecting with people. He soon pivoted into leadership and motivational development through Dale Carnegie Training, where his natural coaching and growth mindset strengths shone.

Over the next decade, Bob excelled by empowering radio stations, hospitals, law firms, government organizations, and technical corporations like Northrop Grumman to elevate their teams, and he became a top Dale Carnegie instructor and North Florida franchisee.

The Spark

In entry-level and leadership roles, Bob observed an alarming pattern - the most technically brilliant individuals struggled to make progress and to feel fulfilled, trapped by anxieties, limiting beliefs and assumptions. Their genius remained hidden from their teams.

Having wrestled with limiting self-beliefs as an introvert himself, Bob knew that these inner voices lie. Having freed himself from this barrier of self-doubt, Bob is passionate about helping others do the same.

MotivationU represents the mission of Bob's journey and his passion for empowering brilliant minds to embrace leadership on their authentic terms. Bob fundamentally believes communicative confidence barriers are simpler to break than most believe.
